1. Perbaiki Password Windows Hello (Face/PIN)

The first solution to solve this problem is to fix the Windows Hello password, be it Windows Hello Face or Windows Hello PIN. To do this, follow the steps below.

• Sign-in to your Windows using an administrator account.

After restarting your PC, you can reset your Windows Hello Face or Windows Hello PIN. You can follow the steps below to add a PIN as a Sign-in option on your computer.

• Press the button Win + I to open Settings Windows and select Account in the Settings window.

• On the next page, click Sign-in options in the left pane.

• In the right pane, select Windows Hello PIN and click Add to add a PIN.
